Included (Paid) Project brief clarification & refinement Site/context discussion (climate, orientation, access, regulations – at a conceptual level) Spatial strategy & program breakdown Conceptual design direction (approach, principles, massing logic) Preliminary area planning discussion Timeline & process explanation Fee structure overview for full architectural services Not Included Architectural drawings (plans, sections, elevations) Working drawings or construction documents 3D models, renders, or visualizations Structural, MEP, or statutory coordination Design revisions or multiple concept options This consultation is advisory and strategic in nature and does not include deliverables.
