This project envisions a floating library in the outskirts of Assam, constructed using bamboo and timber. Inspired by the phumdis (floating islands) of the site, the library acts as a “floating bank of knowledge,” seamlessly integrating with the local landscape while providing a community-centric space for learning and engagement.
